Service Providers
Formerly known as “drug diversion,” these program offers an alternative to incarceration for first-time offenders of low-level drug related offenses. Eligibility for this program is determined by the District Attorney. It includes a minimum of 22 hours of group education and counseling over a period of no less than ten weeks.
