County of Santa Cruz Behavioral Health Services (BHS) provides specialty mental health and substance use disorder treatment services for Medi-Cal beneficiaries in our community. BHS and our community service providers strive to offer engaging quality care in a timely manner. We value client collaboration and welcome feedback.
BHS develops policies and procedures to govern its operation and to deliver high quality behavioral health services. The listed policies and procedures are shared to inform the community of our main services and client protection practices.
